Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kiupkv" — the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://kiupkv.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Platform" — the website, software, and services provided by kiupkv, accessible via web browser or any compatible device.
• "Player" / "You" — any natural person who creates and operates a registered account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on an outcome via the Platform's sportsbook, casino, lottery, or other gaming products.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by kiupkv subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all transaction and draw schedules referenced on the Platform.
• "Togel" — togel (Toto Gelap), Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game, available as one of the Platform's gaming products.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond kiupkv's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, or internet infrastructure failure.

Eligibility

Access to and use of kiupkv is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 or older throughout your use of the Platform. kiupkv strictly prohibits participation by minors. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Jurisdiction. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by local law as it applies to you individually. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players located in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of kiupkv is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial dealings may not register.
4. Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through kiupkv's responsible gaming tools or imposed by kiupkv for any reason. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion order is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure.
5. Existing Accounts. Each Player is permitted a maximum of one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying details — are prohibited and subject to termination of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

Account Registration

To use the Platform's real-money services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide your real full name, a valid date of birth, a working mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during KYC verification.
• You must create a unique username and a strong password of at least eight characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kiupkv will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• kiupkv reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not permit any other person to access or operate your Account, whether on a temporary or permanent basis.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kiupkv is required to carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) on all Accounts before processing withdrawals and at other times as determined by our compliance team. This process protects both Players and the integrity of the Platform.

• Documents required: A government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address (dated within 90 days), and in some cases a selfie photo holding the ID document.
• Timing: KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of your first deposit, or earlier if requested by our compliance team. Failure to complete KYC within this window will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are received and approved.
• Processing time: Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. Complex cases may take longer. You will be notified by email of the outcome.
• Age verification: kiupkv uses the date of birth on your submitted ID to confirm you are 21 or older. Any discrepancy between the age declared at registration and the ID document will result in immediate account review.
• Data security: All KYC documents are stored using 256-bit encryption and handled strictly in accordance with kiupkv's Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing obligations.

Deposits

All deposits to your kiupkv Account are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotional offer.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction via bank transfer. E-wallet limits are determined by the respective e-wallet provider's own caps.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kiupkv does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Processing time: Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Transfers outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account originate from lawful sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made from third-party accounts or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Deposit fees: kiupkv does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which kiupkv accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your kiupkv Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Ma ximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Rp 200,000,000 per 24-hour period. Higher limits may be available upon request for verified high-volume accounts.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB are processed the same day. The majority of withdrawals reach the player's bank account within one to four hours of approval. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB are processed the following morning.
• Withdrawal method: Funds must be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file. kiupkv will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC requirement: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Pending KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.
• Bonus wagering: Any active bonus balance must satisfy its applicable wagering requirement before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion of your balance.
• Withdrawal fees: kiupkv does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard bank transfer fees applied by your financial institution are outside kiupkv's control and responsibility.
• Right to review: kiupkv reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending additional verification checks. Players will be notified within 24 hours if a withdrawal is subject to review.

Bonuses & Promotions

kiupkv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to fully registered and KYC-verified accounts unless the specific promotion states otherwise. kiupkv reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Wagering requirements: Unless specifically stated as "wager-free", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window or the bonus and any derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 200,000 or the equivalent stake as stated in the promotion terms, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.
• Game weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and togel (numbers-lottery) wagers may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the promotion. Always verify game contribution rates before wagering a bonus.
• Abuse: kiupkv monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of free-bet or no-deposit offers, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• Promotional validity: Promotional offers are time-limited. kiupkv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, sabung ayam — live cockfighting markets, bandar bola — football bookmaking) are published in the respective product-rule sections of the Platform.

• Finality of bets: Once a wager is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player unless a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• Odds and pricing: All odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. kiupkv publishes pre-match and live odds in decimal format by default. The odds at the moment your wager is accepted are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: kiupkv reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (b) the event is cancelled or abandoned and no result can be determined; (c) there is clear evidence of match manipulation or result corruption; or (d) the bet was placed after the actual result was known ("past posting"). Void bets are refunded at stake.
• Maximum win: The maximum payout per single wager is Rp 500,000,000 across all product categories, unless stated otherwise. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the maximum stated amount.
• Technical errors: In the event of a platform error, disconnection, or software malfunction during a gaming session, kiupkv will apply reasonable measures to reconstruct the state of play from server logs. Decisions made by kiupkv's technical team following an error review are final.
• Responsible gaming integration: All wagering activity is subject to any deposit limits, loss limits, or session time-outs you have set via the responsible gaming tools. These limits cannot be circumvented.

Responsible Gaming

kiupkv is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and player interactions. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age restriction: Players must be 21 or older. kiupkv employs age-verification procedures at registration and during KYC. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active period except for permanent exclusions, which are irrevocable.
• Deposit and loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps and loss limits from their account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Reality checks: Players may activate session-duration reminders at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals. When the reminder triggers, a notification displays current session duration and net wagering result.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, circumvent security systems, or scrape data from the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain without reporting them to kiupkv.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward kiupkv staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Players or kiupkv's internal systems without authorisation.
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with kiupkv.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiupkv's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kiupkv shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising directly or indirectly.
• Any interruption of service, system failure, or data loss caused by Force Majeure events, third-party provider outages, or internet infrastructure failures beyond kiupkv's control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to Indonesian banking system limitations, e-wallet provider policies, or public holidays including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or other national observances.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits kiupkv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the kiupkv brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, icons, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of kiupkv or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of kiupkv. Scraping or automated extraction of odds, game data, or promotional content is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

kiupkv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in that document.

kiupkv will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities is shared solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time subject to the following:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after KYC confirmation.
• kiupkv-initiated closure: kiupkv may suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if: (a) there is evidence of breach of these Terms; (b) the account is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) regulatory or licensing obligations require it; or (d) the Player's continued use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
• Effect of termination: Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their final outcomes (unless voided in accordance with Clause 8). Legitimate balances will be returned; bonus balances will be forfeited. Access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction of kiupkv's licensing authority. Disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through kiupkv's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable regulatory body.

Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally complex space under Indonesian national law and accept full personal responsibility for determining and complying with any local legal obligations applicable to them. kiupkv makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Amendments

kiupkv reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kiupkv will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
